Support with an added bonus for hit‐Technopark in Hamburg‐Harburg
Three years ago when the managers of hit‐Technopark in Hamburg‐Harburg purchased their
Avaya system, it promised everything they needed for their investment in a new telecoms system. However, they only realised the system's full potential when they switched to IP
Dynamics for support.
Approximately 100 small and medium‐sized enterprises are based at the technology park hit‐ Technopark. Each of them have very different requirements when it comes to a functioning, modern telecoms system. The innovation centre's system has to service between four and
500 clients per enterprise.
"To tackle this, you need people who can grasp the situation and react quickly because the
specifications are growing - and so is our company," says Managing Director Christoph
Birkel, explaining the switch to IP Dynamics. He adds: "When they say they need two weeks to come
up with a solution, it means we really will have the solution in two weeks' time! This
reliability is a real added bonus for us because an attractive infrastructure is very important
to us, our tenants and prospects."
